Worshipping Auliya Besides Allah

إِنَّا أَنزَلْنَا إِلَيْكَ الْكِتَابَ بِالْحَقِّ فَاعْبُدْ اللَّهَ مُخْلِصًا لَهُ الدِّينَ (الزمر: 2).
أَلاَ لِلَّهِ الدِّينُ الْخَالِصُ وَالَّذِينَ اتَّخَذُوا مِنْ دُونِهِ أَوْلِيَاءَ مَا نَعْبُدُهُمْ إِلاَّ لِيُقَرِّبُونَا إِلَى اللَّهِ زُلْفَى إِنَّ اللَّهَ يَحْكُمُ بَيْنَهُمْ فِي مَا هُمْ فِيهِ يَخْتَلِفُونَ إِنَّ اللَّهَ لاَ
يَهْدِي مَنْ هُوَ كَاذِبٌ كَفَّارٌ
(الزمر: 3)

2.
Verily, We have sent down the Book to you (O Muhammad ) in truth: So worship Allah (Alone) by doing religious deeds sincerely for Allah's sake only, (and not to show-off, and not to set up rivals with Him in worship).

3. Surely, the religion (i.e. the worship and the obedience) is for Allah only. And those who take Auliya' (protectors and helpers) besides Him (say): "We worship them only that they may bring us near to Allah." Verily, Allah will judge between them concerning that wherein they differ. Truly, Allah guides not him who is a liar, and a disbeliever.

Nile and the Euphrates

Anas b. Malik reported on the authority of Malik b. Sa sa', perhaps a person of his tribe, that the Prophet of Allah (may peace be upon him) said: I was near the House (i.e. Ka'bah) in a state between sleep and wakefulness when I heard someone say : He is the third among the two persons. Then he came to me and took me with him. Then a golden basin containing the water of Zamzam was brought to me and my heart was opened up to such and such (part). Qatada said: I asked him who was with me (i e. the narrator) and what he meant by such and such (part). He replied: (It means that it was opened) up to the lower part of his abdomen (Then the hadith continues): My heart was extracted and it was washed with the water of Zamzam and then it was restored in its original position, after which it was filled with faith and wisdom. I was then brought a white beast which is called al-Buraq, bigger than a donkey and smaller than a mule. Its stride was as long as the eye could reach. I was mounted on it, and then we went forth till we reached the lowest heaven. Gabriel asked for the (gate) to be opened, and it was said: Who is he? He replied: Gabriel .It was again said: Who is with thee? He replied: Muhammad (may peace be upon him). It was said: Has he been sent for? He (Gabriel) said: Yes. He (the Prophet) said : Then (the gate) was opened for us (and it was said) : Welcome unto him ! His is a blessed arrival. Then we came to Adam (peace be upon him). And he (the narrator) narrated the whole account of the hadith. (The Holy Prophet) observed that he met Jesus in the second heaven, Yahya (peace be on both of them) in the third heaven, Yusuf in the third, Idris in the fourth, Harun in the fifth (peace and blessings of Allah be upon them). Then we travelled on till we reached the sixth heaven and came to Moses (peace be upon him) and I greeted him and he said: Welcome unto righteous brother and righteous prophet. And when I passed (by him) he wept, and a voice was heard saying: What makes thee weep ? He said: My Lord, he is a young man whom Thou hast sent after me (as a prophet) and his followers will enter Paradise in greater numbers than my followers. Then we travelled on till we reached the seventh heaven and I came to Ibrahim. He (the narrator) narrat- ed in this hadith that the Prophet of Allah (may peace be upon him) told that he saw four rivers which flowed from (the root of the lote-tree of the farthest limits) : two manifest rivers and two hidden rivers. I said : ' Gabriel ! what are these rivers ? He replied :The two hidden rivers are the rivers of Paradise, and as regards the two manifest ones, they are the Nile and the Euphrates. Then the Bait-ul-Ma'mur was raised up to me. I said : O Gabriel! what is this? He replied: It is the Bait-ul-Ma'mur. Seventy thousand angels enter into it daily and, after they come out, they never return again. Two vessels were then brought to me. The first one contained wine and the second one contained milk, and both of them were placed before me. I chose milk. It was said: You did right. Allah will guide rightly through you your Ummah on the natural course. Then fifty prayers daily were made obligatory for me. And then he narrated the rest of the hadith to the end.

Taqleed ki rawish se to behter hai khud kushi
Rasta bhi dhoondh,Khizr ka soda bhi chor dey

Manind-e-Khama teri zaban per hai herf-e-ghair
Begaana shae pe nazish-e-be ja bhi chor dey

Lutf-e-kalam kia jo na ho dil mai derd-e-ishq
Bismil nahi hai tu,to tarapna bhi chor dey

Shabnam ki terah phoolon per ro,aur chaman se chal
Is baagh mai qayam ka soda bhi chor dey

Hai aashqi mai rasm alag sab se baithna
Buttkhana bhi ,Haram bhi Kaleesa bhi chor de

Sodagari nahi ye ,ibadat khuda ki hai
Aay be khabar,jaza ki tamanna bhi chor de

Acha hai dil k saath rahay paasban-e-aql
Laikin kabhi kabhi issay tanha bhi chor de

Jeena wo kia jo ho nafs-e-ghair per madaar
Shohrat ki zindagi ka bharosa bhi chor de

Shokhi si hai sawal-e-mukarrar mai aay kaleem
Shert-e-raza ye hai k taqaza bhi chor dey

Wa'iz! saboot laaye jo mae k jawaz mai
Iqbal ko ye zid hai k peena bhi chor de

Makhi ki Misaal

يَاأَيُّهَا النَّاسُ ضُرِبَ مَثَلٌ فَاسْتَمِعُوا لَهُ إِنَّ الَّذِينَ تَدْعُونَ مِنْ دُونِ اللَّهِ لَنْ يَخْلُقُوا ذُبَابًا وَلَوْ اجْتَمَعُوا لَهُ وَإِنْ يَسْلُبْهُمُ الذُّبَابُ شَيْئًا لاَ يَسْتَنقِذُوهُ مِنْهُ ضَعُفَ الطَّالِبُ وَالْمَطْلُوبُ
الحج: 73

73. O mankind! A similitude has been coined, so listen to it (carefully): Verily! Those on whom you call besides Allah, cannot create (even) a fly, even though they combine together for the purpose. And if the fly snatched away a thing from them, they would have no power to release it from the fly. So weak are (both) the seeker and the sought.

"Aay logo tumhein aik misal di jati hai so ussay (ghor se) suno..beshak jo log Allah ki siwa kisi aur ko pukartay hain..wo her giz nahi bana saktay aik makhi(bhi) agar chay saray jama ho jayein..aur agar kuch cheen lay un se makhi to wo nahi chura saktay us se..kamzor hai sawal kernay wala bhi aur wo bhi jis se sawal kiya ja raha hai"

Allah mukhtar-e-kul hai..sari khudai usi ki hai...wo apni makhlooq mai se jissay chahta hai taqat deta hai..laikin jis ko Allah taqat deta hai wo Allah ki khudai mai shareek nahi ho jata..so wo tamam cheezein ya hastiyan jinhein log Allah ki khudai mai shareek samajhtay hain aur Allah ko chor ker un se madad talab kertay hain wo itni hi zaeef hain jitna k sawal kernay wala ...jin se madad talab ki ja rahi hai wo to is baat ki bhi taqat nahi rakhtay k makhi jaisi mamooli cheez hi bana lein aur agar makhi jaisi mamooli cheez un se kuch cheen ker le jaye to un k paas itni taqat bhi nahi k wo makhi se wo wapis le sakein..So sirf usi se mangein jo Kainat ka Hakim aur malik hai jo makhi si haqeer cheez bana ker us mai bhi jaan daal sakta hai aur insan jaisi mushkil makhlooq bana ker ussay ashraf-ul-makhlooqat ka derja bhi de sakta hai..per afsos k ye sab se behter makhlooq Allah ki azmat samajhnay se aari hai aur un ko Allah k saath shareek kerti hai..jo khud bhi Allah ki girift se apnay aap ko nahi bacha saktay..yahan tak k Allah hi un per reham fermaye aur un k gunahon ko bakhsh de.Beshak nasihat to aqalmand log hi pakartay hain..Aur Allah hi behter janta hai k kaun darust hai aur kaun ghalat..

Quran's commandments About Haqooq-ullah & Haqooq-ul-Ibaad

لاَ تَجْعَلْ مَعَ اللَّهِ إِلَهًا آخَرَ فَتَقْعُدَ مَذْمُومًا مَخْذُولاً (الإسراء: 22).
وَقَضَى رَبُّكَ أَلاَّ تَعْبُدُوا إِلاَّ إِيَّاهُ وَبِالْوَالِدَيْنِ إِحْسَانًا إِمَّا يَبْلُغَنَّ عِنْدَكَ الْكِبَرَ أَحَدُهُمَا أَوْ كِلاَهُمَا فَلاَ تَقُلْ لَهُمَا أُفٍّ وَلاَ تَنْهَرْهُمَا وَقُلْ لَهُمَا قَوْلاً كَرِيمًا (الإسراء: 23).
وَاخْفِضْ لَهُمَا جَنَاحَ الذُّلِّ مِنْ الرَّحْمَةِ وَقُلْ رَّبِّ ارْحَمْهُمَا كَمَا رَبَّيَانِي صَغِيرًا (الإسراء: 24).
رَبُّكُمْ أَعْلَمُ بِمَا فِي نُفُوسِكُمْ إِنْ تَكُونُوا صَالِحِينَ فَإِنَّهُ كَانَ لِلأَوَّابِينَ غَفُورًا (الإسراء: 25).
وَآتِ ذَا الْقُرْبَى حَقَّهُ وَالْمِسْكِينَ وَابْنَ السَّبِيلِ وَلاَ تُبَذِّرْ تَبْذِيرًا (الإسراء: 26).
إِنَّ الْمُبَذِّرِينَ كَانُوا إِخْوَانَ الشَّيَاطِينِ وَكَانَ الشَّيْطَانُ لِرَبِّهِ كَفُورًا (الإسراء: 27).
وَإِمَّا تُعْرِضَنَّ عَنْهُمُ ابْتِغَاءَ رَحْمَةٍ مِنْ رَبِّكَ تَرْجُوهَا فَقُلْ لَهُمْ قَوْلاً مَيْسُورًا (الإسراء: 28).
وَلاَ تَجْعَلْ يَدَكَ مَغْلُولَةً إِلَى عُنُقِكَ وَلاَ تَبْسُطْهَا كُلَّ الْبَسْطِ فَتَقْعُدَ مَلُومًا مَحْسُورًا (الإسراء: 29).
إِنَّ رَبَّكَ يَبْسُطُ الرِّزْقَ لِمَنْ يَشَاءُ وَيَقْدِرُ إِنَّهُ كَانَ بِعِبَادِهِ خَبِيرًا بَصِيرًا (الإسراء: 30).
وَلاَ تَقْتُلُوا أَوْلاَدَكُمْ خَشْيَةَ إِمْلاَقٍ نَحْنُ نَرْزُقُهُمْ وَإِيَّاكُمْ إِنَّ قَتْلَهُمْ كَانَ خِطْئًا كَبِيرًا (الإسراء: 31).
وَلاَ تَقْرَبُوا الزِّنَى إِنَّهُ كَانَ فَاحِشَةً وَسَاءَ سَبِيلاً (الإسراء: 32).
وَلاَ تَقْتُلُوا النَّفْسَ الَّتِي حَرَّمَ اللَّهُ إِلاَّ بِالْحَقِّ وَمَنْ قُتِلَ مَظْلُومًا فَقَدْ جَعَلْنَا لِوَلِيِّهِ سُلْطَانًا فَلاَ يُسْرِفْ فِي الْقَتْلِ إِنَّهُ كَانَ مَنصُورًا (الإسراء: 33).
وَلاَ تَقْرَبُوا مَالَ الْيَتِيمِ إِلاَّ بِالَّتِي هِيَ أَحْسَنُ حَتَّى يَبْلُغَ أَشُدَّهُ وَأَوْفُوا بِالْعَهْدِ إِنَّ الْعَهْدَ كَانَ مَسْئُولاً (الإسراء: 34).
وَأَوْفُوا الْكَيْلَ إِذَا كِلْتُمْ وَزِنُوا بِالْقِسْطَاسِ الْمُسْتَقِيمِ ذَلِكَ خَيْرٌ وَأَحْسَنُ تَأْوِيلاً (الإسراء: 35).
وَلاَ تَقْفُ مَا لَيْسَ لَكَ بِهِ عِلْمٌ إِنَّ السَّمْعَ وَالْبَصَرَ وَالْفُؤَادَ كُلُّ أُوْلَئِكَ كَانَ عَنْهُ مَسْئُولاً (الإسراء: 36).
وَلاَ تَمْشِ فِي الأَرْضِ مَرَحًا إِنَّكَ لَنْ تَخْرِقَ الأَرْضَ وَلَنْ تَبْلُغَ الْجِبَالَ طُولاً (الإسراء: 37).
كُلُّ ذَلِكَ كَانَ سَيِّئُهُ عِنْدَ رَبِّكَ مَكْرُوهًا (الإسراء: 38).
ذَلِكَ مِمَّا أَوْحَى إِلَيْكَ رَبُّكَ مِنَ الْحِكْمَةِ وَلاَ تَجْعَلْ مَعَ اللَّهِ إِلَهًا آخَرَ فَتُلْقَى فِي جَهَنَّمَ مَلُومًا مَدْحُورًا (الإسراء: 39).
أَفَأَصْفَاكُمْ رَبُّكُمْ بِالْبَنِينَ وَاتَّخَذَ مِنَ الْمَلاَئِكَةِ إِنَاثًا إِنَّكُمْ لَتَقُولُونَ قَوْلاً عَظِيمًا (الإسراء: 40).
وَلَقَدْ صَرَّفْنَا فِي هَذَا الْقُرْآنِ لِيَذَّكَّرُوا وَمَا يَزِيدُهُمْ إِلاَّ نُفُورًا (الإسراء: 41).
قُلْ لَوْ كَانَ مَعَهُ آلِهَةٌ كَمَا يَقُولُونَ إِذًا لاَبْتَغَوْا إِلَى ذِي الْعَرْشِ سَبِيلاً (الإسراء: 42).
سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَى عَمَّا يَقُولُونَ عُلُوًّا كَبِيرًا (الإسراء: 43

22. Set not up with Allah any other ilah (god), (O man)! (This verse is addressed to Prophet Muhammad , but its implication is general to all mankind), or you will sit down reproved, forsaken (in the Hell-fire).

23. And your Lord has decreed that you worship none but Him. And that you be dutiful to your parents. If one of them or both of them attain old age in your life, say not to them a word of disrespect, nor shout at them but address them in terms of honour.

24. And lower unto them the wing of submission and humility through mercy, and say: "My Lord! Bestow on them Your Mercy as they did bring me up when I was small."

25. Your Lord knows best what is in your inner-selves. If you are righteous, then, verily, He is Ever Most Forgiving to those who turn unto Him again and again in obedience, and in repentance.

26. And give to the kindred his due and to the Miskin (poor) and to the wayfarer. But spend not wastefully (your wealth) in the manner of a spendthrift . [Tafsir. At-Tabari, Vol. 10, Page 158 (Verse 9: 60)].

27. Verily, spendthrifts are brothers of the Shayatin (devils), and the Shaitan (Devil - Satan) is ever ungrateful to his Lord.

28. And if you (O Muhammad ) turn away from them (kindred, poor, wayfarer, etc. whom We have ordered you to give their rights, but if you have no money at the time they ask you for it) and you are awaiting a mercy from your Lord for which you hope, then, speak unto them a soft kind word (i.e. Allah will give me and I shall give you).

29. And let not your hand be tied (like a miser) to your neck, nor stretch it forth to its utmost reach (like a spendthrift), so that you become blameworthy and in severe poverty.

30. Truly, your Lord enlarges the provision for whom He wills and straitens (for whom He wills). Verily, He is Ever All-Knower, All-Seer of His slaves.

31. And kill not your children for fear of poverty. We provide for them and for you. Surely, the killing of them is a great sin.

32. And come not near to the unlawful sexual intercourse. Verily, it is a Fahishah [i.e. anything that transgresses its limits (a great sin)], and an evil way (that leads one to Hell unless Allah forgives him).

33. And do not kill anyone which Allah has forbidden, except for a just cause. And whoever is killed (intentionally with hostility and oppression and not by mistake), We have given his heir the authority [(to demand Qisas, Law of Equality in punishment or to forgive, or to take Diya (blood money)]. But let him not exceed limits in the matter of taking life (i.e he should not kill except the killer only). Verily, he is helped (by the Islamic law).

34. And come not near to the orphan's property except to improve it, until he attains the age of full strength. And fulfil (every) covenant. Verily! the covenant, will be questioned about.

35. And give full measure when you measure, and weigh with a balance that is straight. That is good (advantageous) and better in the end.

36. And follow not (O man i.e., say not, or do not or witness not, etc.) that of which you have no knowledge (e.g. one's saying: "I have seen," while in fact he has not seen, or "I have heard," while he has not heard). Verily! The hearing, and the sight, and the heart, of each of those you will be questioned (by Allah).

37. And walk not on the earth with conceit and arrogance. Verily, you can neither rend nor penetrate the earth, nor can you attain a stature like the mountains in height.

38. All the bad aspects of these (the above mentioned things) are hateful to your Lord.

39. This is (part) of Al-Hikmah (wisdom, good manners and high character, etc.) which your Lord has inspired to you (O Muhammad ). And set not up with Allah any other ilah (god) lest you should be thrown into Hell, blameworthy and rejected, (from Allah's Mercy).

40. Has then your Lord (O pagans of Makkah) preferred for you sons, and taken for Himself from among the angels daughters. Verily! You utter an awful saying, indeed.

41. And surely, We have explained [Our Promises, Warnings and (set forth many) examples] in this Qur'an that they (the disbelievers) may take heed, but it increases them in naught save aversion.

42. Say (O Muhammad to these polytheists, pagans, etc.): "If there had been other aliha (gods) along with Him as they assert, then they would certainly have sought out a way to the Lord of the Throne (seeking His Pleasures and to be near to Him).

43. Glorified and High be He! From 'Uluwan Kabira (the great falsehood) that they say! (i.e.forged statements that there are other gods along with Allah, but He is Allah, the One, the Self-Sufficient Master, whom all creatures need. He begets not, nor was He begotten, and there is none comparable or coequal unto Him).

Zakat aur us k masail..

Zakat ki farziyat aur ahmiyat:

Hadees mai islam k jo 5 arkaan bayan huwe hain un mai se aik zakat bhi hai...Quran-e-kareem mai jagah jagah namaz ki adaigi k saath hi zakat ka hukam aya hai

واقيموا الصلوة واتوا لزكوة

Aur namaz qaim kero aur zakat diya kero..
jis se maloom hota hai k islami faraiz mai sab se muqaddam namaz hai aur us k baad zakat hai..Quran-o-sunnat aur ijma-e-ummat k mutabiq jis shakhs mai sharait-e-zakat pai jayein..zakat us per ferz hai..jo is k ferz honay se inkar keray wo kafir hai aur jo is ko ferz samjhay aur phir bhi zakat ada na keray wo fasiq aur gunah gaar hai...
Zakat ada kerna ka matlab sirf zakat nikalna nahi hai balkay is ko mustahiq tak pohanchana hai..beghair tehqeeq k kisi ko raqam denay se zakat ada nahi hoti...

Zakat ada na kernay per waeid:

Quran-e-kareem mai irshad hai:

وَالَّذِينَ يَكْنِزُونَ الذَّهَبَ وَالْفِضَّةَ وَلاَ يُنفِقُونَهَا فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ فَبَشِّرْهُمْ بِعَذَابٍ أَلِيمٍ (التوبة: 34).
يَوْمَ يُحْمَى عَلَيْهَا فِي نَارِ جَهَنَّمَ فَتُكْوَى بِهَا جِبَاهُهُمْ وَجُنُوبُهُمْ وَظُهُورُهُمْ هَذَا مَا كَنَزْتُمْ ِلأَنفُسِكُمْ فَذُوقُوا مَا كُنتُمْ تَكْنِزُونَ
(التوبة: 35


"jo log sona chandi jama ker k rakhtay hain aur ussay Allah ki raah mai kharch nahi kertay...pas unhein derdnaak azab ki khabar de do..jo kus din waqay ho gi ,jab k is sonay chandi ko pehlay dozakh ki aag mai tapaya jaye ga..phir is sonay chandi se in logon ki peshaniyoun in ki kerwaton aur pshton ko dagha jaye ga..k ye wohi hai jis ko tum ne apni khatir jama ker rakha tha,bas ab jama kernay ka maza chakho"

Huzoor s.a.w ne fermaya:

"jis ko Allah ne maal diya aur us ne zakat ada na ki to qayamat k din is k maal ko aik bara zehrila ganja saanp bana ker is k garden mai lapaita jaye ga.phir wo us k donon jabray(jaws) nochay ga aur kahay ga mai hi tera maal hoon,mai hi tera khazana hoon"

Zakat kis qisam k maal per ferz hai:

Her maal per zakat nahi hoti balkay sirf us maal per hai jo adatan berhata rehta hai..jaisay maal-e-tijarat,Maweshi aur sona chandi chahay wo kisi bhi shakal mai ho..sher'an mal-e-tijarat mai ata hai isi liye us per zakat ferz hoti hai..
amwal ki in teen qismon k ilawa..makan dukan bertan furniture,doosra gharailoo saman,milon aur kaarkhanon ki machinary,jawaharaat khawa kitni qeemat k hon un per zakat ferz nahi hai..albatta koi shakhs jo in cheezon ka karobaar kerta ho to us per zakat ferz hai.

Doosri baat ye k maal ka malik hotay hi zakat ferz nahi ho jati balkay jab maal per poora saal guzer jaye to kharch kernay k baad agar itna maal bach jaye jo nisab k zumray mai aa jaye to us per zakat ferz ho gi..agar kisi shakhs ne saal bhar mai poora maal kharch ker dala to us per zakat nahi ho gi..is k ilawa zarai zameen aur baghat per bhi zakat hai agar zameen baraani ho to 10waan hissa aur agar nehri ya chahi ho to beeswan hissa..

Zakat ka nisab :

1)Sonay ka nisab 7 -1/2 (sarhay saat tolay) aur chandi ka 52-1/2(sarhay bawan tolay) hai jis shakhs k paas itna sona ya chandi ya in ki qeemat k braber rupiya/naqd raqam ya mal-e-tijarat moujood ho us per zakat ferz ho jati hai..Is se ziada agar ho to bhi zakat ferz ho gi..is se kam per zakat nahi hai.zakat maal ka 40wan hissa yani 2-1/2 % hai.

2) Kisi k paas na to sonay ki poori miqdaar hai na chandi ki na hi rupay ki...balkay in teenon mai se ya do mai se thora thora moujood hai...to kul mila ker dekha jaye ga k zakat ka nisab banta hai ya nahi..agar kul mila ker ye raqam 52-1/2 tolay chandi ki qeemat tak pohanch jati hai to zakat ferz ho jati hai aur agar nahi pohanchta to zakat ferz nahi hoti...agar sona ya chandi milawat wala hai to ghalib juzv(yani jis ki miqdaar ziada ho) ka aitebar kiya jaye ga...(yani us k mutabiq zakat ada ki jaye gi) ..albatta agar kisi zewar mai 3 masha sona aur 9 masha khot hai isi terah kisi zewar mai 3 masha chandi hai aur 9 masha khot hai to us ko sona ya chandi tassavur nahi kiya jaye ga..na hi un per zakat ho gi siwaye is k agar us ko tijarat k niyyat se rakha gaya ho.aur agar donon ka nisab poora hai to elhda elehda zakat di jaye gi..

3)Koi shakhs sahib-e-nisab tha aur us k maal per islami saal poora honay se kuch roz qabl (khawa aik ya do roz pehlay)us ko mazeed maal mil gaya to us ko pooray maal per zakat ada kerni ho gi..(jaisay kisi k paas 52-1/2 tolay chandi thi to saal poora honay se pehlay us k paas 2 tolay chandi aur aa gai to ab wo baad mai anay wali chandi per bhi zakat ada keray ga us ka saal poora honay ka intezar nahi keray ga..isi terah agar pehlay chandi ka nisab poora tha aur baad mai char tolay sona bhi mil gaya to wo sonay ki zakat chandi ki qeemat per ada keray ga aur saray maal per zakat ho gi...isi terah agar chandi ka nisab poora tha aur kuch roz qabal 9/10 tolay sona bhi mil gaya to donon per poori poori zakat ada ki jaye gi..naqd rupay k baray mai bhi yahi hukam hai..

4)Agar kisi k paas kai makan hon aur un ko kiraye per chalata ho to un makanon ki qeemat per zakat ferz nahi albatta kiraye se hasil honay wali raqam agar ba qadr-e-nisab ho to us per saal k baad zakat ferz ho gi..ya agar koi shakhs pehlay se sahib-e-nisab hai to saal k akhir mai kiraye se bach janay wali raqam bhi zakat mai shamil ho gi..isi terah kaarkhanay aur milon mai istimal honay wali machines per zakat nahi hai..per in mai tayyar honay walay maal per zakat hai..isi terah jo kham maal mill mai saman tayyar kernay k liye rakha ho to kham maal aur tayyar shuda maal sab ki qeemat laga ker us per zakat ada kerni ho gi...aur isi terah agar koi shakhs kiraye per koi saman deta ho maslan cycles,shamiyanay weghaira to un ki qeemat per zakat nahi ho gi per kiraye per ho gi..

5)Mills aur companies mai jo shares hotay hain un mai machinary,jagah aur furniture ki bhi lagat shamil hoti hai..is liye company se pooch ker utnay % raqam ker k baqi raqam per zakat ho gi..aur ye raqam moujooda waqt k shares ki qeemat k mutabiq ada ki jaye gi..


6) agar koi shakhs sahib-e-nisab hai aur us per utna hi qarz bhi hai to chahay poora saal guzer jaye us per zakat ferz nahi ho gi...aur agar koi shakhs sahib-e-nisab hai aur qarzdaar bhi laikin qarz ki raqam ada kernay k baad bhi us k paas raqam baqi rehti hai to baqi bachnay wali raqam per zakat lagoo hoti hai..

7) Isi terah agar khareedtay waqt saman farokht kernay ki niyyat na thi aur baad mai niyyat ho gai aur maal farokht na huwa to us per zakat nahi...haan agar farokht shuroo ho gai to us waqt se tajarti maal kehlaye ga aur saal bhar baad is per zakat lagoo ho gi..

8) Maaldaar shakhs agar kai saal ki peshgi zakat bhi de de to jaiz hai albatta agar kisi saal maal berh gaya to berhay huwe maal ki elehda zakat deni ho gi..aur agar kahin se maal milnay ki umeed ho to us ki zakat pehlay se ada kernay se zakat nahi ho gi ..jab maal mil jaye aur us per poora saal guzer jaye to doobara zakat dena ferz hai..

9) Agar maal per saal poora ho gaya tha aur abhi zakat nahi di thi k maal chori ho gaya to zakat maaf ho gai..laikin saal poora honay se pehlay apni merzi se maal kisi ko de diya ya zaya ker diya to zakat maaf nahi ho gi..agar adha maal chori huwa to baqi adhay per zakat ho gi....isi terah saal poora honay per agar kisi ne zakat ki niyat k beghair maal sadqa ker diya to zakat maaf ho gai..aur agar adha maal sadqa kiya to baqi adhay per zakat ho gi..

10) agar koi sahib-e-nisab ho aur wo naqd raqam sona ya chandi qarz mai kisi ko de de aur us ki qeemat us ko saal baad do saal baad ya teen saal baad milay to wasool honay per pichlay tamam salon ki zakat deni ho gi laikin yak musht wasool na ho to to jab nisab ka 20% wasool ho jaye to sirf is usi 20% ki zakat ho gi laikin ye zakat pooray salon ki nikali jaye gi..
b)doosri soorat ye k na wo naqd raqam ho na sona chani na mal-e-tijarat..maslan pehananay k kapray ya ghar ka saman aur ye nisab k mutabiq hai aur kai saal baad wasool huwi hai aur yakmusht wasool huwi hai to is per pichlay salon ki bhi zakat ho gi laikin agar yukmusht mosool nahi huwi to us waqt tak zakat nahi hai jab tak k ye raqam nisab k mutabiq na mosool ho jaye.. jab nisab k mutabiq mossol ho jaye to phir pichlay tamam salon ki zakat ho gi..aur agar aap pehlay se sahib-e-nisab hain to jitni raqam milti jaye gi wo shamil ho ker nisab ka hissa banti jaye gi aur un sab per zakat ho gi..

c)aur agar ooper wali koi bhi qisam nahi hai aur kisi aur tareeqay se qarz doosray k zimma ho gaya..jaisay shohar ne mehar dena hai...aurat ne khula ka badal dena hai,ya diyyat ya kisi mulazim ki tankhawa hai to is ka hisab wasool honay walay din se ho ga(yani wasool honay walay din se aik saal shumar kia jaye ga) pichlay salon ki zakat ferz nahi ho gi..

Zakat ki adaigi k liye niyyat:

Zakat ki adaigi k liye niyyat ferz hai...dil mai niyyat ker lein zaban se na kehna behter hai..agar pehlay niyyat nahi ki aur maal abhi nadar k paas hai to bhi niyyat ker lein to darust ho ga..laikin agar maal kharch ho gaya to us k baad niyyat kernay se zakat ada nahi ho gi..agar pehlay se zakat k paisa nikal ker rakhay hain aur detay waqt niyyat na ki to bhi zakat ho jaye gi..isi terah agar kisi ne qarz manag aur wo muflis hai maloom hai qarz ada nahi ker sakta to us ko zakat ki niyyat se raqam denay se zakat ada ho jaye gi..isi terah tohfa ya inam kisi mustahiq ko detay waqt agar ye niyyat ker li k ye zakat hai to bhi zakat ada ho jaye gi..aur agar koi mustahiq aap ka maqrroz hai to aap us ko qarz zakat ki niyyat k saath maaf nahi ker saktay..albatta agar qarz detay waqt zakat ki niyyat kernay se zakat ada ho jati hai ..

Zakat ada kernay ka tareeqa:

Zakat ada kernay k liye zaroori hai k mustahiq ko zakat ki raqam ya cheez malikana haqooq k saath de di jaye..

a)kisi ko khidmat k moawazay mai zakat nahi di ja sakti
b)isi terah kisi ko bitha ker khana khilnay se bhi zakat nahi hoti..jab tak us ko khanay ka malik na bana diya jaye..
c)masjid khaankah shifa khanay.kunwein,pul ya kisi aur rifahi idaray ki tameer mai bhi zakat nahi di ja sakti..
d)isi terah zakat ki raqam se kitabein kharid ker kisi madrasssay ko de dena zameen khareed ker rifah k kamon k liye denay se bhi zakat ada nahi hoti..jab tak wo mutahiq ko malikna haqooq se cheez na de dein..
e)zakat ki raqam se makanat bana ker mustahiqeen ko muft rehnay k liye denay se bhi zakat ada na ho gi jab tak k un ko makan ka malik na bana diya jaye..
so aisi koi bhi jagah,madrassa ya shifa khana jahan per mustahiqeen ko malikana haqooq se cheezein na di jati hon wahan zakat denay se zakat ada nahi ho gi..

Zakat kin logon ko dena jaiz hai:

1) jo shakhs sahib-e-nisab ko us ko zakat dena jaiz nahi hai
2)isi terah jis k paas itni hi qeemat ka koi maal ho jo maal-e-tijarat to nahi per zaroorat se ziada ho to aisay shakhs ko bhi zakat nahi di sakti agar ch wo khud us per zakat ferz nahi hai..(jaisay degein..shamiyanay(tents) aur deriyan weghaira ye zaroorat se zayeed saman hai..
3)Rehaish ka makan,kapray khidmatgaar aur mulazim ya ghar ka wo saman jo akser istimal mai rehta ho khawa kitna hi ziada kyun na ho..is k honay se koi shakhs maaldaar nahi ho sakta..is liye is k malik ko zakat di ja sakti hai..
4) qarzdaar ko agar wo qarza ada kernay k baad sahib-e-nisab na rahay to us ko bhi zakat denay se zakat ada ho jaye gi..
5)Kisi k paas kuch makanaat hain ya aamdani ka koi aur zariya hai laikin ayyal ziada hai aur guzara nahi hota..aur us k paas aisa koi maal nahi jis per zakat ferz hoti ho to us ko zakat dena jaiz hai..
6) na baligh bachon ko agar un ka baap maldaar hai to zakat nahi de saktay..laikin bachay baligh hain aur nadaar hain jab k un ka baap k maaldaar honay k bawajood unhein zakat di sakti hai..aur agar maan maaldaar hai to aur baap maldaar nahi to aisay nabaligh bachon ko bhi zakat di ja sakti hai..
7)Zakat-o-usher sirf muslaman ko hi di ja sakti hai..kafir ko dena darust nahi hai..zakat aur ushr k ilawa aisay doosray sadqaat us kafir ko diye ja saktay hain jo muslim mulk ka bashinda ho..jo kafir kisi ghair muslim mulk ka bashinda ho ussay kisi bhi qism ka sadqa...maslan sadqa-e- fitr nazar kaffarra dena jaiz nahi..

8)Maan baap,daada daadi nana nani,pota,poti,nawasa nawasi ko zakat nahi di ja sakti..na hi shohar bewi ko aur bewi shohar ko zakat de sakti hai.is k ilawa behan, bhai ,khala ,chacha ,mamoon sab ko agar wo zakat k mustahiq hon zakat di ja sakti hai.

9)Banu Hashim ko zakat dena jaiz nahi..Yani wo log jo Hazrat Fatima r.a ki aulad mai se hon..ya alvi hon ya Hazrat Abbas r.a,Hazrat Jaffar r.a ,Hazrat Aqeel ya Haris ibn-e-Muttalib ki aulad se hon..is terah jo sadqa wajib ho maslan nazar,kaffara ushr wo bhi in logon ko nahi diya ja sakta albatta...nafli sadqaat diye ja saktay hain..

(mai ne poori koshish ki hai k zakat se mutalliq tamam masail ko is mazmoon mai aam feham tareeqay se shamil ker liya jaye..phir bhi agar koi tishnagi baqi ho to meri rehnumai zaroor kijiye ga..takay mai us kami ko poora ker sakoon..aur Allah sab se ziada aur behter ilm rakhnay wala hai)

وَمَا مُحَمَّدٌ إِلاَّ رَسُولٌ قَدْ خَلَتْ مِنْ قَبْلِهِ الرُّسُلُ أَفَإِيْن مَاتَ أَوْ قُتِلَ انْقَلَبْتُمْ عَلَى أَعْقَابِكُمْ وَمَنْ يَنْقَلِبْ عَلَى عَقِبَيْهِ فَلَنْ يَضُرَّ اللَّهَ شَيْئًا وَسَيَجْزِي اللَّهُ الشَّاكِرِينَ
(آل عمران: 144).

144. Muhammad () is no more than a Messenger, and indeed (many) Messengers have passed away before him. If he dies or is killed, will you then turn back on your heels (as disbelievers)? And he who turns back on his heels, not the least harm will he do to Allah, and Allah will give reward to those who are grateful.

Mera rahnuma koi aur hai
Mujhe khoob jaan lein manzilein
Ye shikasta pa koi aur hai

Jo tumhari jali se muttassil
Hai satoon k peechay khajil khajil
Nahi mai nahi wo mareez-e-dil
Na meray siwa koi aur hai

Meri iltija hai ye dosto
Kabhi tum jo sooaay-e-haram chalo
To bana k ser ko qadam chalo
K ye raasta koi aur hai

Hai tujhe khabar shah-e-een-o-aan
Meri wajh-e-rahat-e-qalb-o-jaan
Na teray siwa koi aur tha
Na teray siwa koi aur hai

Ye guman tha kai saal se
Ye yaqeen hai kai roz hai
Meray dil se gunbad-e-sabz ka
Ye mamla koi aur hai

Wo Rauf hain wo Raheem hain
Wo habib-e-Rubb-e-kareem hain
Unhein fikr hai meri aap ki
Unhein chahta koi aur hai

Mai jo door arz-e-haram se tha
Huwi khuld-e-gosh haseen sada
Hai isi mai majid-e-benawa
K ye qafla koi aur hai

Masla-e-Shifa'at

Shifa'at ka masla wo masla hai jis ki wajah se ummat-e-Mohammadiyya mai ikhtilaf hai aur is ki wajah se islam garohon mai bat gaya hai..Dunniya mai chun k logon ki gumraahi k baray asbaab mai se aik sabab shifa'at k baray mai ghalat aqaid bhi hain..Is liye Qur'an mai shifa'at k mas'alay ko bakasrat itni wazahat k saath bayan ker diya gaya hai k kisi shakhs ko ye jananay mai koi mushkil pesh nahi aa sakti k shifa'at kon ker sakta hai kon nahi ker sakta ..kis halat mai ki ja sakti hai kis halat mai nahi ki ja sakti kis k liye ki ja sakti hai kis k liye nahi ki ja sakti,kis k haq mai nafay hai aur kis k haq mai nafay nahi hai...

Allah tala fermatay hain:

لَهُ مَا فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَمَا فِي الأَرْضِ مَنْ ذَا الَّذِي يَشْفَعُ عِنْدَهُ إِلاَّ بِإِذْنِهِ

"Aasmanon aur zameenon mai jo kuch hai usi ka hai aur kaun hai jo us k hazoor mai uski ijazat k beghair sifarish ker sakay"

is ayat mai mushrikeen k un khayalat ka abtaal kiya ja raha hai jo buzurg insanon ya farishton ya doosri hastiyoun k mutaliq ye gumaan rakhtay hain k khuda k haan un ka bara zor chalta hai jis baat per wo ar baithein ussay manwa ker hi dam letay hain..aur jo kaam wo chahein khuda se le saktay hain..unhein bataya ja raha k zor chalana to derkanar baray se bara muqarrab insaan/farishta bhi jab tak Allah ijazat na dey kuch bol nahi sakta ...Afsos k aaj kal musalmanon ka ik bara garoh bhi isi aqeeday ka hami hai..

يَعْلَمُ مَا بَيْنَ أَيْدِيهِمْ وَمَا خَلْفَهُمْ وَلاَ يُحِيطُونَ بِشَيْءٍ مِنْ عِلْمِهِ إِلاَّ بِمَا شَاءَ

"Wo janta hai jo kuch un k samnay hai aur jo kuch un se ojhal hai aur wo us k ilm ka kuch bhi ihata nahi ker saktay siwaye us ki merzi se"

Insaan to apni zaati maslihaton ko samajhnay ka ahal nahi hai kuja k wo kainaat ki haqeeqat samajh sakay ...is liye agar kisi chotay se chotay hissay mai bhi kisi inssan ki atal sifarish
chalay to kainaat ka sara nizam derham berham ho jaye...Ye Allah hi hai jo chahay to kisi ko apnay ilm mai se kuch ata ker dey...to jis ko ata ki jati hai us ko to khuda ka shukar guzaar hona chahiye na k wo khuda se zid ker baithay...Allah k naik banday to Allah hi k liye Mohabbat kertay hain aur Allah hi k liye nafrat kertay hain wo kisi aisay insaan se kaisiay mohabbat ker saktay hain jo Khulam khulla Allah ki nafermani ker raha ho aur jin cheezon ko Allah aur us k Rasool s.a.w ne haram kiya ho un ka irtikaaab aik mamooli banaday ko raazi kernay k liye ker raha ho?

وَلَقَدْ جِئْتُمُونَا فُرَادَى كَمَا خَلَقْنَاكُمْ أَوَّلَ مَرَّةٍ وَتَرَكْتُمْ مَا خَوَّلْنَاكُمْ وَرَاءَ ظُهُورِكُمْ وَمَا نَرَى مَعَكُمْ شُفَعَاءَكُمْ الَّذِينَ زَعَمْتُمْ أَنَّهُمْ فِيكُمْ شُرَكَاءُ لَقَدْ تَقَطَّعَ بَيْنَكُمْ وَضَلَّ عَنكُمْ مَا كُنتُمْ تَزْعُمُونَ
الأنعام: 94


"aur (Allah tala fermaye ga) beshak hazir ho gaye tum humaray samnay,tan-e-tanha jaise k peda kiya hum ne tum ko pehli mertaba, aur peechay chor aaye tum jo kuch diya tha hum ne tum ko (dunniya mai) aur nahi dekhtay hum tumharay saath tumharay sifarshi bhi jin k mutalliq tum samajhtay thay k wo tumhara (kaam) bananay mai Allah k shareek hain.beshak (aaj) munqata ho gaye tumharay aapas k raabtay aur gum ho gaye tum se wo sab jin ka tum zoam rakhtay thay"

Doosray maqam per isi soorat mai youn irshad hai:

وَأَنذِرْ بِهِ الَّذِينَ يَخَافُونَ أَنْ يُحْشَرُوا إِلَى رَبِّهِمْ لَيْسَ لَهُمْ مِنْ دُونِهِ وَلِيٌّ وَلاَ شَفِيعٌ لَعَلَّهُمْ يَتَّقُونَ الأنعام: 51

"Aur darao tum un logon ko jo is baat ka khof rakhtay hain k wo apnay rub k samnay is haal mai pesh kiye jayein gay us k siwa koi dost ya sifarish kernay wala na ho ga shaid k wo taqwa ikhtiyar kerein"

"Jo log is bharosay per ji rahey hain k Dunniya mai hum jo chahein ker guzrein,aakhrat mai humara baal beeka nahi ho ga kyun k hum falan k daman garifta hain,falan humari sifarish keray ga ya falan humaray liye kaffarra ban chuka hai...ye ayat un k aqeeday ka abtaal kerti hai k Allah k siwa us din koi dost koi sifarish kerna wala na ho ga...

وَيَعْبُدُونَ مِنْ دُونِ اللَّهِ مَا لاَ يَضُرُّهُمْ وَلاَ يَنْفَعُهُمْ وَيَقُولُونَ هَؤُلاَءِ شُفَعَاؤُنَا عِنْدَ اللَّهِ قُلْ أَتُنَبِّئُونَ اللَّهَ بِمَا لاَ يَعْلَمُ فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَلاَ فِي الأَرْضِ سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَى عَمَّا يُشْرِكُونَ
يونس: 18


"ye log Allah k siwa un ki parastish ker rahey hain jo in ko na nuqsan pohancha saktay hain na nafa aur ye kehtay hain k ye Allah k haan humaray sifarshi hain...aay Mohammad s.a.w in se kaho kia tum Allah ko us baat ki khaber detay ho jissay na wo aasmanon mai janta hai na zameen mai..pak hai wo aur bala-o-berter hai us shirk se jo ye kertay hain"

يَوْمَ لاَ يُغْنِي مَوْلًى عَنْ مَوْلًى شَيْئًا وَلاَ هُمْ يُنصَرُونَ (الدخان: 41).
إِلاَّ مَنْ رَحِمَ اللَّهُ إِنَّهُ هُوَ الْعَزِيزُ الرَّحِيمُ (الدخان: 42

"wo din jab koi qareebi aziz kisi qareebi aziz k kuch bhi kaam na aye ga.aur na un ki madad ki jaye gi..siwaye is k.. k Allah hi kisi per raham keray beshak wo ghalbay wala (aur)nihayat reham kernay wala hai"

هَلْ يَنظُرُونَ إِلاَّ تَأْوِيلَهُ يَوْمَ يَأْتِي تَأْوِيلُهُ يَقُولُ الَّذِينَ نَسُوهُ مِنْ قَبْلُ قَدْ جَاءَتْ رُسُلُ رَبِّنَا بِالْحَقِّ فَهَلْ لَنَا مِنْ شُفَعَاءَ فَيَشْفَعُوا لَنَا أَوْ نُرَدُّ فَنَعْمَلَ غَيْرَ الَّذِي كُنَّا نَعْمَلُ قَدْ خَسِرُوا أَنفُسَهُمْ وَضَلَّ عَنْهُمْ مَا كَانُوا يَفْتَرُونَ
الأعراف: 53


"Kia ye intezar ker rahey hain qayamat ki ghari ka aur jab qayamat ki ghari aaye gi to wo log jinhon ne is ka inkaar kiya tha kahein gay beshak Allah k Rasool humaray paas haq k saath aa chukay hain..pas kia humaray liye koi sifarshi hai jo humarai sirfarish keray ya humein doobara wapis bhaij diya jaye takay hum us se mukhtalif amal kerein jo is se pehlay kia kertay thay...beshak inhon ne apnay nafas ko khasaray mai daal diya aur gum ho gaye un se wo( mabood) jo unhon ne ghad rakhay thay"


مَا لِلظَّالِمِينَ مِنْ حَمِيمٍ وَلاَ شَفِيعٍ يُطَاعُ
غافر: 18


"zalimon ka koi mushaffaq dost na ho ga aur koi sifarrish kernay wala jis ki baat mani jaye"

وَلاَ تَنفَعُ الشَّفَاعَةُ عِنْدَهُ إِلاَّ لِمَنْ أَذِنَ لَهُ

"Aur nahi nafa de sakti us k huzoor kisi ki bhi sifarish siwaye us k jis k liye Allah ne (sifarish ki) ijazat di ho"

يَعْلَمُ مَا بَيْنَ أَيْدِيهِمْ وَمَا خَلْفَهُمْ وَلاَ يَشْفَعُونَ إِلاَّ لِمَنْ ارْتَضَى وَهُمْ مِنْ خَشْيَتِهِ مُشْفِقُونَ
الأنبياء: 28


"Wo janta hai jo kuch un k samnay hai aur jo kuch un k peechay hai aur wo kisi ki sifarish nahi kertay bajuz us k jis k haq mai sifarish sunanay per Allah raazi ho aur wo us k khof se daray rehtay hain"
Mazkoora bala ayat se ye sabit hota hai k Qur'an bilamoon shifa'at k mushrikana aqeeday ki terdeed kertay huwe is haqeeqat per zor deta hai k jin ko tum shafee samajhtay ho wo ilm-e-ghaib nahi rakhtay.Allah tala un bataon ko bhi janta hai jo samnay hain aur un baton ko bhi janta hai jo ojhal hain.Aakhir kisi ko sifarish kernay ka mutliq(total) aur ghair mashroot (with out conditions)ikhtiyar kaisay hasil ho sakta hai jab k wo ye janta hi nahi k is shakhs k amal kia hain aur niyyat kia hai?
Koi bhi shakhs Allah k huzoor mai us ki ijazat k beghair sifarish nahi ker sakta kuja k apni baat zaberdasti manwaye..
Ye to Allah janta hai k agar koi shakhs naik hai to kaisa naik hai mujrim hai to kis derjay ka mujrim hai?ye to nahi ho sakta k koi sakhs dunniya mai kai bandon k haqooq maar ker aya ho..kisi ko gali di ho mara peeta ho..kisi k haq mai na insafi ki ho..kisi ka khoon bahaya ho......aur koi buzurg uth ker sifarish ker dein k Allah is se mowakhza na kerna ye mujh se mohabbat rakhnay wala banda tha is liye issay inam-o-ikram se nawaz dein... ye to islam ka mamooli ilm rakhnay wala shakhs bhi janta hai k Haqooq Allah to maaf ho saktay hain per haqooq-ul-ibaad nahi..

phir peghambaron ki sunnat humaray samnay hai jo k is aqeeday ka abtaal kerti hai k hum jo kuch bhi kerein hum jin buzurgon se nisbat rakhtay hain wo humein bacha lein gay...

Hazrat Nooh A.S ka qissa dekh lein..
Allah tala fermatay hain:

وَنَادَى نُوحٌ ابْنَهُ وَكَانَ فِي مَعْزِلٍ يَابُنَيَّ ارْكَبْ مَعَنَا وَلاَ تَكُنْ مَعَ الْكَافِرِينَ (هود: 42).
قَالَ سَآوِي إِلَى جَبَلٍ يَعْصِمُنِي مِنْ الْمَاءِ قَالَ لاَ عَاصِمَ الْيَوْمَ مِنْ أَمْرِ اللَّهِ إِلاَّ مَنْ رَحِمَ وَحَالَ بَيْنَهُمَا الْمَوْجُ فَكَانَ مِنْ الْمُغْرَقِينَ .هود: 43

"aur jab Nooh ne apnay betay ko pukara aur wo doosray kinaray tha..aay betay humaray saath sawar ho ja aur kafiron k saath na hona.kaha mai kisi pahar ki panah le leta hoon wo mujhe pani se bacha le ga (to Nooh ne) kaha aaj Allah k azab se koi bachanay wala nahi hai siwaye us k jis per wo reham keray.(isi doran) un k dermayan mouj hail ho gai aur wo doobnay walon mai se ho gaya"

وَنَادَى نُوحٌ رَبَّهُ فَقَالَ رَبِّ إِنَّ ابْنِي مِنْ أَهْلِي وَإِنَّ وَعْدَكَ الْحَقُّ وَأَنْتَ أَحْكَمُ الْحَاكِمِينَ (هود: 45).
قَالَ يَانُوحُ إِنَّهُ لَيْسَ مِنْ أَهْلِكَ إِنَّهُ عَمَلٌ غَيْرُ صَالِحٍ فَلاَ تَسْأَلْنِي مَا لَيْسَ لَكَ بِهِ عِلْمٌ إِنِّي أَعِظُكَ أَنْ تَكُونَ مِنْ الْجَاهِلِينَ (هود: 46


"aur jab Nooh ne apnay Rubb ko pukara aur kaha aay meray rubb beshak mera beta meray ghar walon mai se tha beshak tera wada sacha hai aur tu sab se behter faisla kernay wala hai.fermaya Aay Nooah wo teray ghar walon mai se nahi tha beshak us k amal ghair salih thay pas tu mujh se uss cheez k baray mai sawal na ker jis k baray mai tu nahi janta..aur mai tujhe nasihat kerta hoon k jahilon mai se na ho jana"

قَالَ رَبِّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ أَنْ أَسْأَلَكَ مَا لَيْسَ لِي بِهِ عِلْمٌ وَإِلاَّ تَغْفِرْ لِي وَتَرْحَمْنِي أَكُنْ مِنْ الْخَاسِرِينَ
هود: 47

"Arz kia aay rubb mai teri panah chahta hoon k mai tujh se aisi cheez k baray mai sawal keroon jis ka mujhe ilm nahi hai aur agar tu ne mujhe na bakhsha aur mujh per reham na fermaya to mai khasara uthaanay walon mai se ho jaoon ga"

Isi terah jab farishtay hazrat Ibrahim A.s k paas aaye aur un ko qoum-e-loot k baray mai bataya to Quran ne is mazmoon ko is terah se bayan kiya hai:

فَلَمَّا ذَهَبَ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الرَّوْعُ وَجَاءَتْهُ الْبُشْرَى يُجَادِلُنَا فِي قَوْمِ لُوطٍ (هود: 74).
إِنَّ إِبْرَاهِيمَ لَحَلِيمٌ أَوَّاهٌ مُنِيبٌ (هود: 75).
يَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ أَعْرِضْ عَنْ هَذَا إِنَّهُ قَدْ جَاءَ أَمْرُ رَبِّكَ وَإِنَّهُمْ آتِيهِمْ عَذَابٌ غَيْرُ مَرْدُودٍ (هود: 76

" Aur jab Ibrahim ka khof zail huwa aur unhein khushkhabri mil gai to wo hum se qoum-e-loot k baray mai jagharnay lagay...beshak Ibrahim bohat burdbaar aur rujoo kernay walay thay...Aay Ibrahim is khayal ko chor dey Beshak teray Rubb ka hukam aa chuka hai..aur beshak un per aisa azab anay wala hai jo phera na jaye ga."

yani jab Allah ka hukam aa jaye to us ko talnay wala koi nahi hota..chahay us ki sifarish adam-e-saani kerein ya khail-ullah...saath hi is se ye baat sabit ho jati hai k koi chahay Nabi ka qareebi aziz kyun na ho agar Allah ka naferman ho ga to Allah k azab se uss ko khud us ka nabi bhi nahi bacha sakta...


Jaisay k Allah tala ne is ayat mai wazih ker diya:

ضَرَبَ اللَّهُ مَثَلاً لِلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا اِمْرَأَةَ نُوحٍ وَاِمْرَأَةَ لُوطٍ كَانَتَا تَحْتَ عَبْدَيْنِ مِنْ عِبَادِنَا صَالِحَيْنِ فَخَانَتَاهُمَا فَلَمْ يُغْنِيَا عَنْهُمَا مِنْ اللَّهِ شَيْئًا وَقِيلَ ادْخُلاَ النَّارَ مَعَ الدَّاخِلِينَ
التحريم: 10


"Misal pesh kerta hai Allah un logon ki jinhon ne kufr kiya.Nooh ki bewi aur loot ki bewi thin ye donon aisay bandon ki zojiyat mai jo humaray saleh banday thay..to khayanat kiin donon ne anay shoharon se...so na kaam aa sakay ye donon un ko Allah se bachanay mai zara bhi.. aur kaha gaya un se k dakhil ho jao jahannum mai doosray janay walon k saath"

Soora-e-Hood mai mukhtalif anbiya ka zikr ker k mukhtalif alfaz mai aik hi mazmoon dohraya gaya hai k nabi A.S yahi kehtay rahey k agar wo Allah ki nafermani kerein gay to un ko Allah ki girift se koi nahi bacha sakta.

Is k beraks jab Allah k nabi ya naik banday us ki ijazat se us k huzoor sifarish kerein gay to un k andaz mai aajzi ho gi jaisa k Quran humein Hazrat Esa A.S k mutaliq batata hai:


وَإِذْ قَالَ اللَّهُ يَا عِيسَى ابْنَ مَرْيَمَ أَأَنتَ قُلْتَ لِلنَّاسِ اتَّخِذُونِي وَأُمِّي إِلَهَيْنِ مِنْ دُونِ اللَّهِ قَالَ سُبْحَانَكَ مَا يَكُونُ لِي أَنْ أَقُولَ مَا لَيْسَ لِي بِحَقٍّ إِنْ كُنتُ قُلْتُهُ فَقَدْ عَلِمْتَهُ تَعْلَمُ مَا فِي نَفْسِي وَلاَ أَعْلَمُ مَا فِي نَفْسِكَ إِنَّكَ أَنْتَ عَلاَّمُ الْغُيُوبِ (المائدة: 116).
مَا قُلْتُ لَهُمْ إِلاَّ مَا أَمَرْتَنِي بِهِ أَنْ اعْبُدُوا اللَّهَ رَبِّي وَرَبَّكُمْ وَكُنتُ عَلَيْهِمْ شَهِيدًا مَا دُمْتُ فِيهِمْ فَلَمَّا تَوَفَّيْتَنِي كُنتَ أَنْتَ الرَّقِيبَ عَلَيْهِمْ وَأَنْتَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ شَهِيدٌ (المائدة: 117).
إِنْ تُعَذِّبْهُمْ فَإِنَّهُمْ عِبَادُكَ وَإِنْ تَغْفِرْ لَهُمْ فَإِنَّكَ أَنْتَ الْعَزِيزُ الْحَكِيمُ (المائدة: 118


"Aur jab Allah kahay ga aay Esa ibn-e-maryam kia tu ne logon se kaha tha k tum Allah ko chor ker mujhe aur meri maan ko ma'bood bana lo.arz kerein gay pak hai tu..mujhe rawa nahi k mai aisi baat kahoon jis ka mujhe haq nahi agar mai ne aisa kaha hota to yaqeenan tu janta ho ga.beshak tu janta hai jo meray nafs mai hai aur mai nahi janta jo teray nafs mai hai beshak tu Ghaib ka ilm janta hai.mai ne to nahi kaha un se siwaye us k jis ka tu ne mujhe hukam diya tha k Allah ki ibadat kero beshak wo mera aur tumhara Rubb hai aur tu is baat per gawah hai.aur mai un per gawah tha jab tak un k beech mai tha phir jab tu ne mujhe utha liya to beshak tu un per nigraan tha aur beshak tu her cheez per gawah hai.Pas agar tu un ko azab de to wo teray banday hain aur agar tu un ko bakhsh dey to beshak tu ghalbay wala hikmat wala hai."

Is ayat se ye bhi sabit hota hai k Allah ko chor ker kisi aur ko mabood banana yani kisi aur ki teraf is niyyat se lagao rakhna k qayamat k din ye humari bakhshish ka sabab banay ga kuliyatan ghalat hai...koi bhi shakhs chahay wo kitna hi aali mertabat kyun na ho Allah k haan apni baat nahi manwa sakta jaisa k hazrat Esa A.S ne fermaya k agar tu un ko azab de to wo

teray banday hain aur agar tum un ko bakhsh de to beshak tu ghalbay wala hikmat wala hai.(aur hazrat Esa k mertabay per kaun shak ker sakta hai).Ab chahay isaai (christians) hon ya musalman jo bhi ye aqeeda rakhtay hain un ko ye samajh lena chahiye k wo ghalti per hain.

Huzoor s.a.w ne jab munafiqeen k haq mai dua fermai to Allah ne irshad fermaya:

سَوَاءٌ عَلَيْهِمْ أَاسْتَغْفَرْتَ لَهُمْ أَمْ لَمْ تَسْتَغْفِرْ لَهُمْ لَنْ يَغْفِرَ اللَّهُ لَهُمْ إِنَّ اللَّهَ لاَ يَهْدِي الْقَوْمَ الْفَاسِقِينَ المنافقون: 6

"(aay Nabi s.a.w) braber hai chahay tum in k liye maghfirat ki dua kero ya na kero.Allah her giz inhein maaf nahi keray ga..Allah fasiq logon ko hergiz hidayat nahi deta"

is k 3 saal baad sorah-e-Touba utri jis mai takeed k saath ye mazmoon bayan kiya gaya:

اسْتَغْفِرْ لَهُمْ أَوْ لاَ تَسْتَغْفِرْ لَهُمْ إِنْ تَسْتَغْفِرْ لَهُمْ سَبْعِينَ مَرَّةً فَلَنْ يَغْفِرَ اللَّهُ لَهُمْ ذَلِكَ بِأَنَّهُمْ كَفَرُوا بِاللَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِ وَاللَّهُ لاَ يَهْدِي الْقَوْمَ الْفَاسِقِينَ
التوبة: 80


"(Aay Nabi S.a.w) tum aisay logon k liye maafi ki darkhawast kero ya na kero,agar tum 70 mertaba bhi inhein maaf kernay ki darkhawast kero gay to Allah unhein her giz maaf na keray ga..is liye k unhon ne Allah aur us k Rasool s.a.w k saath kufr kiya hai aur Allah fasiq logon ko nijat nahi deta."
(yaad rahay k munafiqeen wo log thay jinhon ne bazahir islam qabool ker liya tha laikin dil se us ki haqqniyat ko tasleem nahi kiya tha aur un k amal ghair saleh thay)

Is mazmoon ko huzoor s.a.w ne apni hadith mai aur bhi wazih ker diya

Hadith-e-abu Hurairah R.A:

Hazrat abu Hurairah r.a bayan kertay hain k jab Allah tala ne ye ayat-e-kareema nazil fermayee

وَأَنذِرْ عَشِيرَتَكَ الأَقْرَبِينَ
الشعراء: 214


"Apnay qareeb tareen rishtay daron ko daraao"

To nabi kareem s.a.w ne kharay ho ker khutba diya aur fermaya:
Aay garoh-e-quresh!(ya isi terah k kuch aur alfaaz fermaye)apni janon ko (jahannum se) bacha lo,mai tum ko azab-e-ilahi se zara bhi na bacha sakoon ga.Aay bani abd Manaf!mai tum ko Allah ki grift se zara bhi na bacha sakoon ga.Aay Abbas bin Abdul Muttalib!mai aap ko Allah ki girift se zara bhi na bacha sakoon ga.Aay Safiya r.a Rasool Allah ki phuphi!mai aap ko bhi Allah ki girift se zara bhi na bacha sakoon ga.Aur aay Fatima r.a meri beti ! tum mujh se meray maal mai jo chahay le lo,magar mai tumhein Allah ki girift se zara bhi na bacha sakoon ga.

(Bukhari :kitab-ul-wasaya 55,chapter 11,)

Neez aik riwayat mai ye bhi hai k huzoor s.a.w ne fermaya huamara koi waris nahi hai humara terka taqseem ho ga...
Huzoor s.a.w ne humein azan k baad jis dua ki taleem di us mai bhi ye zikr khasoosi tor per hai k Humein huzoor s.a.w ki shifa'at ka haqdaar thehrana..so yaqeenan Huzoor s.a.w musalmanon ki shifa'at fermayein gay magar ye shifa'at Allah k izn se ho gi aur ahl-e-iman k haq mai ho gi jo k Allah se dertay huwe naik amal kernay ki koshishein kertay rehtay hain aur jab un se koi qasoor ser zad hota hai to Allah ki teraf rajoo ker letay hain..jaan boojh ker khayanat aur badkaari kernay walay aur Allah se na dernay walay log Huzoor s.a.w k shiafa'at k mustahiq nahi hon gay..jaisa aik taveel hadees mai aap s.a.w ne khayanat ki shiddat bayan kertay huwe fermaya:

"K qayamat k roz ye khain log is halat mai aayein gay k in k garden per in ki khayanat
se hasil kia huwa maal lada huwa ho ga aur wo mujhe pukarein gay ya rasool Allah s.aw meri madad fermayein..magar mai jawab doon ga k ..mai teray liye kuch nahi ker sakta,mai ne tujh tak khuda ka pegham pohancha diya tha.والله اعلم

Allah tala hum sab ko hidayat de aur sahi tareeqay se deen ko samajhnay aur us per amal kernay ki toufeeq ata fermayae aameen..Thumma aameen
