Music in Islam

When a person commits a sin (may Allah save us all) believing that a sin is being committed and feels regret and remorse in the heart,then this is far better then committing the sin and believing it to be lawful (halal). In the former situation,only one sin is being committed and it makes your Eman weaker, and it is very likely that the individual may repent out of the remorse felt in the heart. In the latter case, however, in addition to the sin being committed, there is the greater sin of trying to justify it. Normally, such an individual does not receive the guidance to repent from his sin. (May Allah save us all, Ameen).

Music and Singing:

The case with music and unlawful singing is the same. It has been decisively prohibited in Shariah, as the evidences mentioned further along will show. Yet there are individuals that are not ready to believe that it is Haram.

In the modern era, music has spread to such an extent that nobody is free from it. Individuals are confronted with situations where they are forced to listen to music. It is played nearly in all departmental stores and supermarkets. If you sit in a taxi, make a phone call or even walk down the street, you will not be saved from this evil. Young Muslims drive around in their cars with the music fully blasted. The increasing popularity of music, which is prevalent in our society, poses a great threat to the Muslims.

We should be aware that nothing has been prohibited by the Almighty Creator except that which is harmful to the Muslims and the society as a whole. There are great harms and ill-effects of music.

Islam totally forbids adultery and also those things that lead to it.
Allah Most High says:“And do not come near to adultery, for it is a shameful deed and an evil, opening the road (to other evils)” (al-Isra, 32).

Islam does not only prohibit adultery and fornication, but also those things that may lead to it. This is the reason why the Qur’an orders Muslim men and Women to lower their gazes. It prohibits one from being alone with someone from the opposite sex (khalwa). Informal interaction with the opposite sex has also been made unlawful.

This is also one of the main reasons for the prohibition of music, as it effects one’s emotions, creates arousal, passion and excitement, and also leads to various physiological changes in the person. It is a psychological proven fact that two things are instrumental in arousing the human sexual desire, one being the voice of a female (for males) and the other music.

Experiments carried out by doctors and professors have confirmed that the music of today is such that it does not only affect the brain, but each and every organ of one`s body. There is a close relationship between music and bodily movements.In a psychology experiment, it was found that listening to moderate type of music increased one`s normal heart beat, whilst listening to rock music the heart beat increased even further, yet people claim that music has no effect.

The Noble Qur'an - Luqman 31:6

And of mankind is he who purchases idle talks (i.e. music, singing, etc.) to mislead (men) from the Path of Allah without knowledge, and takes it (the Path of Allah, the Verses of the Qur'an) by way of mockery. For such there will be a humiliating torment (in the Hell-Fire).Ibn-e- Masood R.A said about this verse "I swear by the One other than Whom there is no God that it refers to singing [ghinaa].", and he repeated this three times. Ibn-e- Abbaas R.A said it refered to 'singing and the like... while Jaabir R.A is reported to view its meaning to signify singing and listening to songs. Many taabi'oon such as Mujaahid, Akramah, Mak-hool and Umar ibn Shoaib viewed it as a censure of music and song.

Hadith - Bukhari (#787) [Also related by Tabari]


Saeed ibn-e- Jubair reported that Ibn-e-Abbas said about the verse: "And of mankind is he who purchases idle talks" (31:6), that, "ldle talks means singing and the like."
The Noble Qur'an -

An-Najm 53:57-62


"The Day of Resurrection draws near, None besides Allah can avert it, (or advance it, or delay it). Do you then wonder at this recital (the Qur'an)? And you laugh at it and weep not, Wasting your (precious) lifetime in pastime and amusements (singing, etc.). So fall you down in prostration to Allah, and worship Him (Alone)."

‘Akramah (may Allah have mercy on him) said: it was narrated from Ibn-e-Abbaas that al-sumood [verbal noun from saamidoon, translated here as “Wasting your (precious) lifetime in pastime and amusements (singing)”] means “singing”, in the dialect of Himyar; it might be said “Ismidi lanaa” [‘sing for us’ – from the same root as saamidoon/sumood] meaning “ghaniy” [sing]. And he said (may Allah have mercy on him): When they [the kuffaar] heard the Qur’aan, they would sing, then this aayah was revealed.


Ibn-e- Katheer (may Allah have mercy on him) said: Allah says (interpretation of the meaning) “Wasting your (precious) lifetime in pastime and amusements (singing)” –
Sufyaan al-Sauri said, narrating from his father from Ibn -e-Abbaas: (this means) singing. This is Yemeni (dialect): ismad lana means ghan lana [sing to us]. This was also the view of ‘Akramah. (Tafseer Ibn Katheer).


Hadith - Bukhari 7:494

"Narrated Abu 'Amir or Abu Malik Al-Ash'ari that he heard the Prophet saying, "From among my followers there will be some people who will consider illegal sexual intercourse, the wearing of silk, the drinking of alcoholic drinks, and the use of musical instruments as lawful. And (from them), there will be some who will stay near the side of a mountain, and in the evening their shepherd will come to them with their sheep and ask them for something, but they will say to him, 'Return to us tomorrow.' Allah will destroy them during the night and will let the mountain fall on them, and Allah will transform the rest of them into monkeys and pigs and they will remain so till the Day of Resurrection."

Hadith - Sunan Abu Dawood, #4909, Narrated Abdullah ibn-e- Masood

Salam ibn-e- Miskin, quoting an old man who witnessed Abu Wa'il in a wedding feast, said: They began to play, amuse and sing. He united the support of his hand round his knees that were drawn up, and said: I heard Abdullah (ibn-e- Masood) says: I heard the apostle of Allah (peace be upon him) said: Singing produces hypocrisy in the heart.

Use of the "duff":

Use of the "duff" (simple drum) is permitted in Islam.According to the Sunnah, females can sing and beat the duff on the two 'Eids (specific Muslim celebrations) and to announce a Muslim wedding amongst themselves, and their voices shouldn't be raised loud enough or near enough to be heard by the men.
As for men, it is not permissible for them to play any kind of musical instrument, whether at weddings or on any other occasion.


Sheikh Ibn-e- Taymiyah (may Allah have mercy on him) said: The Prophet s.a.w made allowances for certain types of musical instruments at weddings and the like, and he made allowances for women to play the daff at weddings and on other joyful occasions. But the men at his time did not play the daff or clap with their hands. It was narrated in al-Saheeh that he said: "Clapping is for women and tasbeeh (saying Subhan Allah) is for men." And he cursed women who imitate men and men who imitate women.

Because singing and playing the daff are things that women do, the Salaf (men of the far past) used to call any man who did that a mukhannath (effeminate man), and they used to call male singers effeminate ...
Poetry is also permitted,But it must not contain shirk(the major sin of associating a partner in worship with Allah, i.e. trinity, major or minor shirk, etc.) And it should not have any shameful material and Exaggeration.

A Haram (Prohibited) Profession:

It is haram (prohibited) to be work as a salesperson in a store that sells musical instruments. It is permissible to sell an instrument for its parts, such as to have it melted down, etc. It is of course, as shown by the evidences above, haram to be a musician.
Al-Baghawi (may Allah have mercy on him) stated in a fatwa that it is haram to sell all kinds of musical instruments such as mandolins, flutes, etc. Then he said: If the images are erased and the musical instruments are altered, then it is permissible to sell their parts, whether they are silver, iron, wood or whatever. (Sharh al-Sunnah, 8/28)

It is a very ignorant and misguided attitude to perceive music as a form of pleasure and passing of time, since the messages of today`s music follow a general theme of love, fornication, drugs and freedom.

We find that the whole world is obsessed with the kufr idea of freedom, i.e. freedom of speech, freedom of movement, etc. In modern schools and universities, we observe independence, free expression and secular thinking being encouraged. This idea of freedom, “ It`s my life, I`ll do what I want” is a predominant, underlying theme of today`s music. It is being used as a means for drilling those modern ideologies that are totally contrary to Islamic Shariah and values, into the minds of Muslims.

One should abstain from evil audacities such as listening to music and encourage others to do the same too.

Gunnah aur Insan

Gunnah aur insan ka taluq bohat purana hai...Allah ne her insan k ander kuch bashri kamzoriyan rakhi hain..
Isi terah her insan k saath Allah tala ne aik shaitan ko peda kia hai...Jo k Quran k ferman k mutabiq us waqt hum per musallat ker diya jata hai jab hum Allah k naferman ho jatay hain aur Allah ki raah ko chor detay hain...wo shaitan humein burai per uksata rehta hai aur agar hum us ko Allah ki ata'at ker k kamzor na ker dein to wo hum per haawi ho ker humein Allah ki yani roshni ki raah se nikal ker Gunnah yani tareeki ki raah per le jata hai.
Aur is tareek raah ka anjam Allah k azab k siwa aur kuch bhi nahi..yahan tak k insan touba keray..na sirf touba keray balkay apnay us amal ki islah bhi keray jo us se nadani mai ser zad ho gaya...aur doobara kabhi us gunnah ki teraf na paltay..
Gunnah insani fitrat ka hissa hai...Insan Gunnah kerta rehta hai..Allah se maafi talab kerta rehta hai aur Allah us k gunnah bakhshta rehta hai laikin ye sirf us waqt tak hota hai jab tak Gunnah Allah aur banday k beech mai rehta hai...Gunnah Allah aur banday k beech us waqt tak rehta jab tak k us ka muzahira khulay aam na kia jaye..ya apnay gunnah ki tash-heer na ki jaye..

Hadith-e-abu Hurairah R.A:
"Huzoor s.a.w ne fermaya : meri tamam ummat k gunnah bakhshay jayein gay..magar un logon k jo Apnay gunahon ko faash kertay hain..Aur wo ye hai k aadmi raat ko aik gunnah ka kaam keray..phir subah ho aur perwardigar ne us ka gunnah poshida rakha ho..pas wo doosray se kahay..ya falanay mai ne guzishta raat ko aisa aisa kaam kiya...raat ko to perwardigar ne us ko chupaya aur raat bhar chupata raha..Subah ko us ne perda khol diya."
(hadees-e-muslim 7485)

Ho sakta hai koi insan apnay ander gunnah ka hosla na pata ho magar aap ko dekh ker wo bhi gunnah kernay per amada ho jaye..ho sakta hai aap to tauba ker lein magar wo gunnah kerta rahay aur ho sakta hai k us ka gunnah akhrat mai aap ki berbaadi ka sabab ban jaye..
So Allah k ferman k mutabiq islam mai pooray k pooray dakhil ho jayein...aur logon se achi baat kahein takay aap ki baat aap k liye sadqa-e-jariya banay aap k gunahon mai izafay ka sabab na banay..
Isi terah khulay aur chupay huwe tamam gunnah Allah ki khatir chor dejiye..yaad rakhiye gunnah wo nahi jissay aap gunnah samjhein balkay gunnah wo hai jissay Allah ne gunnah samjha aur jis se bachnay ki taleem Humein us k rasool.s.a.w ne di..Aur apni nazer ki hifazat kerein kyun k nazer ki hifazat ka hukam merd-o-zan sab k liye hai...aur yaqeenan electronic media bhi isi hukam mai dakhil hai..

قُلْ تَعَالَوْا أَتْلُ مَا حَرَّمَ رَبُّكُمْ عَلَيْكُمْ أَلاَّ تُشْرِكُوا بِهِ شَيْئًا وَبِالْوَالِدَيْنِ إِحْسَانًا وَلاَ تَقْتُلُوا أَوْلاَدَكُمْ مِنْ إِمْلاَقٍ نَحْنُ نَرْزُقُكُمْ وَإِيَّاهُمْ وَلاَ تَقْرَبُوا الْفَوَاحِشَ مَا ظَهَرَ مِنْهَا وَمَا بَطَنَ وَلاَ تَقْتُلُوا النَّفْسَ الَّتِي حَرَّمَ اللَّهُ إِلاَّ بِالْحَقِّ ذَلِكُمْ وَصَّاكُمْ بِهِ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَعْقِلُونَ (الأنعام: 151).
وَلاَ تَقْرَبُوا مَالَ الْيَتِيمِ إِلاَّ بِالَّتِي هِيَ أَحْسَنُ حَتَّى يَبْلُغَ أَشُدَّهُ وَأَوْفُوا الْكَيْلَ وَالْمِيزَانَ بِالْقِسْطِ لاَ نُكَلِّفُ نَفْسًا إِلاَّ وُسْعَهَا وَإِذَا قُلْتُمْ فَاعْدِلُوا وَلَوْ كَانَ ذَا قُرْبَى وَبِعَهْدِ اللَّهِ أَوْفُوا ذَلِكُمْ وَصَّاكُمْ بِهِ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَذَكَّرُونَ (الأنعام: 152).

151. Say (O Muhammad ): "Come, I will recite what your Lord has prohibited you from: Join not anything in worship with Him; be good and dutiful to your parents; kill not your children because of poverty - We provide sustenance for you and for them; come not near to Al-Fawahish (shameful sins, illegal sexual intercourse, etc.) whether committed openly or secretly, and kill not anyone whom Allah has forbidden, except for a just cause (according to Islamic law). This He has commanded you that you may understand.

152. "And come not near to the orphan's property, except to improve it, until he (or she) attains the age of full strength; and give full measure and full weight with justice. We burden not any person, but that which he can bear. And whenever you give your word (i.e. judge between men or give evidence, etc.), say the truth even if a near relative is concerned, and fulfill the Covenant of Allah, This He commands you, that you may remember.

Log kia kahein gay?

Hum jis moashray k baasi hain wahan aik riwaj bohat aam hai k her achay ya buray kaam k kernay se pehlay ye socha jata hai k log kia kahein gay?
Log is moashray ka hissa zaroor hain aur logon se achay ikhlaq se pesh anay ka hukam Allah aur us k rasool s.a.w ne bhi diya hai...aur islam mai un kamon ki bhi mumaniat nahi jo maroof hon (yani wo kaam jo kisi tehzeeb mai riwaj pa jatay hain aur shar'aa un per koi pabandi aa'ed nahi kerti)...
Magar is ka ye matlab hergiz nahi k hum koi bhi kaam sirf logon ki tareef hasil kernay k liye kerein..aur kisi bhi kaam se sirf is liye bachein k log us se humaray baray mai ghalat ra'ey qaim ker saktay hain..
Is k beraks humara her amal Allah ki khushnoodi k liye hona chahiye..subah uthnay se le ker raat ko sonay tak....jaisay agar ghar saaf kerna hai achay kapray pehananay hain khushbu lagani hai to sirf is liye k Allah aur us k rasool s.a.w ne safai ka hukam diya hai...aur safai ko nisf iman qarar diya...Deegar zarooriyat-e-zindagi mai bhi agar Allah ki raza ko muqaddam rakha jaye to roz merra k mamoolat bhi ibadat ka derja ikhtiyar ker letay hain..
Yaad rakhiye Aamaal ka dar-o-madar niyyaton per hai...agar her amal khalis Allah ki raza k liye ho ga to logon se badlay ki tawaqqu bhi kam ho gi...Aur jab badlay ki tawaqqu kam ho gi to insan bohat si ikhlaqi burayoun se bhi bach jaye ga..khas tor se gheebat ,chugli,hasad aur mayoosi jaisay naasoor jo sirf aur tawaquaat k poora na honay per peda hotay hain...Aur insan shaitan k behkaway mai aa ker Allah tabarak-o-tala ki nashukri jaisay azeem gunah ka murtakib ho jata hai...
Islam aik mukammal aut mutawazan deen hai...is ka humari zindagayoun mai hona hi tawazan aur terteeb ki alamat hai...aayee aaj hi apni zindagiyoun ka jaiza lein..aur un saari cheezon ko baher nikal phainkein jo Allah aur us k Rasool s.a.w ki narazgi aur nafermani ka sabab ban rahi hain...apni niyatein aur amal darust kerein...kyun k niyyat k saath amal ka darust hona bhi zaroori hai...darust amal darust niyyat k saath hi humein falah ki teraf le ja sakta hai...Aaye Allah k hukam k mutabiq pooray k pooray islam mai dakhil ho jayein..aur yahi humara audhna bichona ho..
Allah hum sab ko darust rastay per chalnay ki aur feham k saath deen apnanay ki toufeeq ata fermaye..

Labeling others

We live in a society that is based on judging others. Often times, as Muslims, we tend to do the same thing in that we judge other people. We think we know others’ intentions or we know where their heart stands. We may look for a reason to pass judgment on a specific brother or sister or we may look for an excuse to consider them ‘off the manhaj’ as it is so often known as.

However, in reality, ask yourself, “Who are we to judge others?” As Muslims, we want and wish for the best for our brothers and sisters in faith. They are a part of our family and thus we want nothing but the best for them. What happened to making excuses and excuses for our brothers and sisters? Who are we judge others? No doubt, as Muslims, it is our duty to advise others and it is our duty to command the good and forbid the evil. What would happen if we didn’t pass judgment on them, rather we just advised them instead? Would something befall upon us? Allah is the Judge and He will judge the people for indeed we do not know what is in the hearts of others, rather Allah knows what is in the breasts of mankind.

Imam Malik stated:

“If I was given 99 reasons to declare a person deviant and one upholding their orthodoxy, I’d go with the latter!”

Imam al-Ghazali stated:

“The hypocrite looks for faults, the believer looks for excuses.”

Al-Hafidh al-Dhahabi wrote:

“I heard our Sheikh, Ibn Taymiyyah, d. 728 a.h, say towards the end of his life, ‘I will never declare anyone from the people of the Qiblah (Muslim direction of prayer) as an infidel.’”

Ask yourself, do you REALLY want the best for your brother or sister if you’re looking for an excuse to throw them outside the fold of Ahlus-Sunnah or worse yet, even Islam? Oh Muslim, make excuses for one another. Make dua for one another. Love one another. The Messenger (SAW) of God told us that we would not attain faith until we love one another. He (SAW) also told us that one is not a believer until he loves for his brother what he loves for himself. Therefore, O Muslim, attain faith, become a believer (Mumin)! May Allah (SWT) allow us all to be believers. Ameen.

Fazail-o-manqabat Hazrat Aisha R.A

Azawaj-e-mutaharraat-e-Rasool s.a.w ko Allah tala ne umhat-ul-momineen ka derja diya.Aur huzoor s.a.w k baad un ki tamam azwaj ko baqi momineen k liye haram qarar de diya.Wo tamam ki tamam yaqeenan bohat hi qabil-e-ehtram hain..laikin aaj thora sa zikr Hazrat Aisha R.A ka ho jaye..
Hazrat Aisha R.A Huzoor s.a.w ki mehboob tareen zoja thin...aur wo wahid kanwari khatoon thin jin se aap s.a.w ne nikkah fermaya.Hazrat Aisha R.A se bohat si ahadees bhi merwi hain..
Aap wo khatoon hain jin ki Bira"at mai Allah tala ne Qur'an ki ayat nazil fermain.....Ye wo khatoon hain jin k liye Allah tala ne Quran mai tumharay Ahl ka lafz istimal kiya.
Huzoor s.a.w k Hazrat Aisha k baray mai chand irshadat derj zeil hain:

Hadith-e- Abu Musa Ash'ari R.A

Huzoor s.a.w ne fermaya:
" merdon mai to bohat se kamil peda huwe ..laikin aurton mai Maryam bint-e-Imran,Firoun ki Biwi Aasiya k siwa aur koi kamil peda nahi huwi.Aur Aisha ki fazeelat aurton per aisi hai..jaisay sareed ki fazeelat tamam khanon per hai."

Hadith-e-Aisha R.A

"Log Huzoor S.A.W ko tohfay bhaijnay k liye Hazrat Aisha R.A ki baari ka intezaar kia kertay thay.Hazrat Aisha R.A kehti hain k meri sab soknein Um-Salma R.A k paas gain.aur un se kaha Allah ki qasam! log jaan boojh ker Apnay tohfay us din bhaijtay hain jis din hazrat Aisha R.A ki baari hoti hai.Hum bhi hazrat Aisha R.a ki terah apna faida chahti hain..is liye tum Huzoor s.a.w se kaho l logon se ferma dein k jis ki bhi baari ho usi k ghar tohfay bhaij diya kerein....Um-salma R.a ne ye baat Huzoor s.a.w k samnay bayan ki ..aap s.awa ne kuch jawab na diya.unhon ne doobara arz kiya..jab bhi jawab na diya...jab teesri baar arz kiya to Huzoor s.a.w ne fermaya:
"aay um-salma !Aisha k baray mai mujhe na satao.Allah ki qasam tum mai se kisi biwi k lihaf mai mujhe per wahi nazil nahi hoti.haan (Aisha ka ye maqam hai )in k lihaf mai wahi nazil hoti hai"

Hadith-e-Aisha r.a

Rasool Allah s.a.w ne aik din fermaya :
"aay Aish! ye Jibriel A.S tashreef rakhtay hain aur tumhein salam kehtay hain.mai ne is per jawab diya "wa illaihis -salam wa rematullahi wa barakatuhu,aap s.a.w wo cheez mulahiza fermatay hain jo mujh ko nazer nahi aati."

Huzoor s.a.w ne apni wafat ki beemari mai bhi sab biwion ki bariyan muqarar ker rakhi thin...aap baar baar hazrat Aisha r.a k hujray mai janay ka din deryaaft kertay...yahan tak k baqi bevion ne apni baari hazrat Aisha r.a ko hiba ker di...Huzoor s.a.w ka wisal hazrat Aisha k hujray mai hi huwa..aur aap ko wahin dafan kia gaya.

Jis khatoon ko Allah k farishtay salam kehtay hon..aur jin ki barai khud huzoor s.a.w ne bayan ki ho jin ki saath hotay huwe huzooer s.a.w per wahi nazil hoti ho....aur jin ki bir'at mai Allah tala Quran ki ayat nazil fermayein un k mertabay mai yaqeenan koi shak baqi nahi rehta..Allah hum sab per apna reham fermaye aur deen ko sahi tor per samajhnay ki toufeeq ata fermaye..aameen..thumma ameen

Sahara lenay aya hoon,teray Kaabay k aanchal mai

Gunahon ki lapat se kainat-e-qalb afsurda
Iraday muzmahil, himmat shikasta hoslay murda

Kahan se laoon taqat dil sachi terjumani ki
K is janjaal mai guzri hain ghariyaan zindagani ki

Khulasa ye k bas,jal bhun k apni rusiyahi se
Sarapa faqr ban k apni halat ki tabahi se

Teray derbaar mai laya hoon apni,ab zaboon haali
Teri chaukhat k laiq her amal se haath hain khali

Ye tera ghar hai teray mehal ka derbaar hai maula
Sarapa noor hai ek mohbat-e-anwaar hai maula

Teri chaukhat k jo adaab hain mai un se khali hoon
Nahi jis ko saleeqa mangnay ka wo sawali hoon

Zaban gharq-e-nadamat dil ki naqas terjumani per
Khudaya rehm meri is zuban-e-be zabani per

Ye aankhein khushk hain ya rubb inhein rona nahi ata
Sulagtay daagh hain dil mai,jinhein dhona nahi aata

Ilahi teri chaukhat per bhikari ban k aya hoon
Sarapa faqr hoon ijz-o-nadamat saath laya hoon

Jab ishq sikhata hai

Khultay hain ghulamon per israr-e-shahanshahi

Attar ho Roomi ho Raazi ho Ghazali ho
Kuch haath nahi ata be aah-e-saher gaahi

Nomeed na ho in se aay rehbar-e-ferzana
Kamkosh to hain laikin,be zoq nahi raahi

Aay tair-e-laahooti,us rizq se maut achi
Jis rizq se aati ho perwaz mai kotaahi

Dara-o-sikander se wo merd-e-faqeer oola
Ho jis ki faqeeri mai boo-e-asad-ullahi

Ain-e-jawan merdi,haq goi-o-be baaki
Allah k sheron ko aati nahi rubaahi

Ahl-e-Bait

Ahl-e-bait se kaun murad hain?..is k ta'ayyun mai kuch ikhtilaf hai.Baaz ne is se ajwaj-e-muttharat murad liya hai jaisa k surah Alahzab ayah 33 mai Allah tala ne fermaya:

وَقَرْنَ فِي بُيُوتِكُنَّ وَلاَ تَبَرَّجْنَ تَبَرُّجَ الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ الأُولَى وَأَقِمْنَ الصَّلاَةَ وَآتِينَ الزَّكَاةَ وَأَطِعْنَ اللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ إِنَّمَا يُرِيدُ اللَّهُ لِيُذْهِبَ عَنْكُمْ الرِّجْسَ أَهْلَ الْبَيْتِ وَيُطَهِّرَكُمْ تَطْهِيرًا (الأحزاب: 33).

"Aur apnay gharon mai qarar se raho.aur qadeem jahiliyat k zamanay ki terah apna banao singhar zahir na kero.aur namaz ada kerti raho aur zakat deti raho.Aur Allah aur us k rasool (s.a.w )ki ata'at guzari kero.Allah tala yahi chahta hai k aay nabi ki ghar waliyo!tum se wo her qisam ki gandgi ko door ker dey aur tumhein khoob pak ker dey."

Yahan Allah tala ne ajwaj-e-muttaharat ko hi ahl-e-bait kaha hai.
Quran k doosray maqamat per bhi biwi ko ahl-e-bait kaha gaya hai:

قَالُوا أَتَعْجَبِينَ مِنْ أَمْرِ اللَّهِ رَحْمَةُ اللَّهِ وَبَرَكَاتُهُ عَلَيْكُمْ أَهْلَ الْبَيْتِ إِنَّهُ حَمِيدٌ مَجِيدٌ (هود: 73)

"Farishton ne kaha kia tu Allah ki qudrat se ta'ajub ker rahi hai tum per aay is ghar k logo Allah ki rehmat aur us ki berkatein nazil hon.beshak Allah hamd-o-sana ka sazawar aur bari shan wala hai ."

Hazrat Ibrahim A.S ki Ahliya mohterma ko yahan farishton ne ahl-e-bait k naam se yaad kia hai.doosray un k liye jama muzakkar mukhatib ka seegha istimal kiya.jis se aik to ye baat sabit huwi k ahl-e-bait mai sab se pehlay insan ki biwi shamil hoti hai aur doosray ye k ahl-e-bait k liye jama muzakakr k seeghay ka istimal bhi jaiz hai jaisa k surah ahzab mai Allah tala ne nabi ki ajwaj ko mukhatib kia aur saath jama muzakkar k seeghay ka istimal bhi kia..
Is liye ajwaj-e-muttahart ka Ahl-e-bait hona Nass-e-Qurani se sabit hai.
Baaz hazraat,baaz riwayaat ki roo se ahl-e-bait sirf Hazrat Ali.r.a,Hazrat fatima R.a aur Hassan aur Hussain R.a ko mantay hain aur azwaj-e-muttaharat ko is se kharij samajhtay hain.
Jab k awwal-uz-zikr in char ashab ko is se kharij samajhtay hain.
Taham aitedal ki rah yahi hai k ye donon hi ahl-e-bait mai shamil hain.
Ajwaj-e-muttaharat to is liye is liye k wo nas-e-qurani se sabit hai.aur damad-o-aulad un musatnad riwayat ki ru se jo sahi sanad se sabit hain. jin mai nabi kareem s.a.w ne in ko apni chadar mai le ker fermaya :

"Aay Allah ye meray Ahl-e-bait hain"

is ka matlab ye bhi ho ga k ye meray ahl-e-bait hain.ya ye dua hai k Ya Allah in ko bhi Ajwaj-e-muttaharat ki terah meray ahl-e-bait mai shamil ferma dey.

Allah hum sab ko deen ko sahi tareeqay se samajhnay aur us per amal kernay aur ahl-e-bait ki darust tor se izzat kernay ki taufeeq dey..Ameen Thumma ameen

ASH-SHIRK

Definition:

Shirk basically is a polytheism,i.e.,the worship of others along with Allah.Its also implies attributing Divine attributes to any other besides Allah.It particularly implies associating partners in worship with Allah or believing that the source of power,harm or blessing is from others besides Allah.

Types:

There are three types of shirk,namely:
1) As-shirk-al-akbar,i.e major shirk
2)Ash-shirk-al-asghar,i.e. minor shirk
3)Ash-shirk-al-khafi,i.e.inconpicuous shirk

Manifestations:

1)As-shirk-al-akbar( the major shirk),
the major and serious polytheistic form has four aspects:
(a) Shirk-ad-dua,i.e. invocation.This aspect implies invoking,supplicating or praying to other deities besides Allah.
Almighty Allah says:

"And when they embark on a ship they invoke Allah,making their Faith pure for Him only,but when he brings them safety to land,behold,they give a share of their worship to otheres,"(v.29:65)

b) Shirk-an-niyyah wal irada wal-qasd. This aspect implies intentions,purpose and determination in acts of worship or religious deeds not for the sake of Allah but dircted towards other deities.
Almighty Allah says:

"Whosoever desires the life of the world and its glitter,to them we shall pay in full (the wages of) their deeds therein,and they will have no diminution therein.they are those for whom there is nothing in the hereafter but fire;and vain are the deeds they did therein.And of no effect is that which they used to do,"
(v.11:15,16)

c) Shirk-at-Ta-ah.This aspect implies rendering obedience to any authority against the order of Allah.
Almighty Allah says:

"They (Jews and Christians)took theirs rabbis and their monks to be their lords besides Allah (by obeying them in things which they made lawful or UN lawful according to their own desires without being ordered by Allah),and(they also took as their lord)Messiah,son of mar yam (Mary),while they (Jews and Christians) were commanded (in the Torah and the Gospel) to worship none but one Ill ah(God i.e.,Allah),La ilaha illa huwa (none has the right to worshiped but he).
"Praise and Glory is to him(far above is he )from having the partners they associate (with him),"
(v.9:31)

Once,while Allah's messenger s.a.w was reciting the above Verse, 'Adi bin Htim r.a. said "o Allah's prophet!they don't worship them (rabbis and monks)."Allah's messenger said,"they certainly do.They (i.e. rabbis and monks )made legal things illegal,and illegal things legal,and they (i.e. Jews and Christians) followed them;and by doing so they really worshipped them."
Narrated by Ahmad,at tirmidhi,and ibn-e-jarir).(tafseer at-tibri,vol 10 page no.114)

d)Shirk-al-Mahabbah.This implies showing the love which is due to Allah Alone to others than him.
Almighty Allah says:

"And of mankind are some who take (for worship) others besides Allah as rivals (to Allah).They love them as they love Allah.But those who believe,love Allah more (than anything else).
If only those who do wrong could see,when they will see the torment,that all power belongs to Allah and that Allah is severe in punishment."
(v.2:165)

2)Ash-Shirk-al Asghar-Riya
(The minor shirk,i.e. acts performed to show off) any act of worship or any religion deed done in order to gain praise,fame or for worldly benifit,falls under this category.
Almighty Allah says:
"Say (O Mohamamad s.a.w): i am only a man like you,it has been revealed to me that your Illah (God) is one Illah (God i.e. Allah).So who ever hopes for the meeting with his lord,let him work righteousness and associate none as a partner in the worship of his Lord,"
(v.18:110)

3) Ash Shrik-al-Khafi (the inconspicuous Shrik).
This type implies being inwardly dissatisfied with the inevitable condition that has been ordained for one by Allah;conscientiously lamenting that had you done or not done such and such or had you approached such and such you would have had a better status,etc.

The noble prophet Mohammad s.a.w said:

Ash-shirk al-khafi in the muslim nation is more inconspicuous than the creeping of a black ant on black rock in the pitch-darkness of the night." And this in conspicuous shirk is expiated by saying thrice the following sentence everyday: "O Allah! i take your refuge from that i shuold ascribe aything as partner in your worship,being conscious of that,and i beg your pardon for that sin which i am not aware of."
